Become a Transactional Analyst

Transactional analysis (TA) is a psychoanalytic theory and method of training we do wherein social transactions are analyzed to determine the ego state of the communicator (whether parent-like, childlike, or adult-like) as a basis for understanding behavior. This practice is based upon mutual contracting for change and view people as capable of deciding what they want for their lives. Our Transactional Analysis training  does its work on a contractual basis between the client and the therapist, educator, or consultant. This is beneficial for effective communication, as a person understands their communication with self while identifying the personality of another. A deeper understanding of personality and behaviors allows one to improve communication that is designed to create the best outcomes which helps the trainer as well as the subject.

Our Transactional Analysis training  can help a person improve their communication techniques and break damaging repetitive patterns of behaviour, thus helping them to forge better relationships.TA psychotherapy facilitates a client to understand their internal processes, to understand why their script was developed the way it was and to use present day, adult thinking, to reality test their capacity to change and challenge their out of date decisions, by making new ones. It’s also useful for an individual to be aware of the ego-state that has been activated in you when someone is speaking to you. All transactions are initiated via the use of a transactional stimulus.  The goal of our transactional analysis is help the individual in therapy gain and maintain autonomy by strengthening the Adult state. Typically, after this training the therapist will establish a contract that outlines the desired outcome they wish to achieve in therapy. This may contribute to the person in therapy taking personal responsibility for events that take place during treatment. The individual will generally then become more able to rely on their Adult ego states to identify and examine various thoughts, behaviors, and emotions which might hinder the ability to thrive.

You can use transactional analysis (TA) professionally or for your own personal growth and development, maintaining your interest  and growth through workshops, conferences, and so on.Those interested in further developing their expertise in applying transactional analysis in the fields of psychotherapy. counseling, education, or organizational consultancy may engage in a transactional analysis training program.
